The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation role is onsite in Anacortes, WA. Pay is $22–$26 per hour, depending on experience. Anacortes Health & Rehabilitation of Cascadia Healthcare provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation care to residents. The CNA assists residents with daily living, mobility, meals, and monitoring while documenting care and communicating changes to nursing staff. What you'll do

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, and personal hygiene
• support mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• take and record vital signs and food and fluid intake and output as directed
• support residents during meals
• promptly communicate condition changes to nursing staff
• document care
• build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
