What you'll do

• Coordinate cash needs for distributions, taxes, fees, and other obligations
• initiate and monitor cash-raise requests
• execute trades only as authorized or coordinate execution with the external RIA or custodian
• coordinate in-kind transfers, security exchanges, asset swaps, and tax-loss harvesting
• track maturities and cash flows
• coordinate corporate actions and proxy voting
• investigate trade errors
• support onboarding, investment profiling, migrations, exception resolution, client reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.
