What you'll do

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• provide therapy and monitor progress
• manage dysphagia care, including swallow assessments and safety strategies for diet modification when indicated
• document evaluations, interventions, progress, and discharge plans
• collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, and social work
• educate patients and families.
