What you'll do

• Manage, mentor, and motivate the residential service plumbing team
• conduct ride-alongs and hands-on training
• monitor KPIs, revenue goals, productivity, and technician performance
• provide technical support on challenging calls and customer concerns
• set expectations and provide feedback
• support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
• work with dispatch and leadership to improve scheduling and efficiency
• help implement processes and growth strategies.
