What you'll do

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, and other measurements
• observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• support examinations, treatments, procedures, and emergencies
• maintain medical records and communicate relevant information
• follow infection-control, security, confidentiality, and facility protocols.
