Senior Business Immigration Attorney

What you'll do

• Prepare and file immigration cases including H-1B, I-140, I-485, and relevant NIV/IV matters
• consult with and guide small-business clients
• support enterprise clients and assigned teams
• maintain case quality and consistency
• evaluate cases and develop strategies
• cover for attorneys on leave
• mentor paralegals and supervise employees as required
• perform reporting and auditing
• track legal and policy changes
• conduct legal research and prepare memoranda or briefs
• analyze complex legal issues and provide legal advice.
