What you'll do

• Lead preconstruction planning from project concepts through budget development
• evaluate scope, timelines, resources, and feasibility
• prepare cost estimates, conceptual budgets, pricing models, and applicable per-megawatt benchmarks
• develop schedules and identify milestones and potential delays
• manage RFPs and coordinate and level subcontractor and supplier bids
• prepare cost and cash-flow forecasts
• conduct constructability reviews
• maintain budgets and documentation using Excel, financial modeling tools, and Procore.
