What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors
• register new patients and update records
• schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
• complete recalls and callbacks
• answer and route calls
• serve as a patient contact for scheduling and administrative questions
• escalate complex concerns
• verify dental insurance eligibility and coverage
• collect payments and issue receipts
• assist with basic insurance billing support
• maintain accurate records and protect confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
