What you'll do

• Support commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
• conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy
• handle discovery, including e-discovery and document review
• participate in depositions, hearings, and trial
• and collaborate with partners and clients. Requirements include a JD from an accredited law school, admission to the New York Bar, and 2–10 years of commercial or business litigation experience.
