What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate technicians
• assign workloads and monitor productivity
• maintain incident, root-cause, and repair documentation
• manage ticket queues and escalations
• mentor technicians
• support upgrades, migrations, and maintenance windows
• troubleshoot server, storage, network, and fiber issues using CLI tools
• oversee hardware repairs and fiber testing
• support review of OTDR traces and certification results
• maintain safety and quality standards.
