What you'll do

• Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center
• meet inventory production goals
• oversee and coach assigned associates
• communicate expectations and performance goals
• resolve team conflicts
• enforce systems and procedures
• review identified vehicle defects
• partner with the General Manager on repair-or-reject decisions
• train associates on quality-control standards and efficient repairs
• reduce rework and production delays
• promote workplace safety.
