What you'll do

• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits for CGM equipment
• Obtain pre-authorizations and pre-certifications
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation for claims
• Maintain detailed records
• Make 30+ outgoing calls per day
• Provide patient updates
• Perform data entry and documentation follow-up
• Collaborate with team members.
