Accounts Receivable Administrator

What you'll do

• Manage invoicing from start to finish
• ensure completed jobs are billed
• contact customers about open balances and follow through on payment
• post payments and track aging
• coordinate with field crews and project managers to obtain billing details
• handle phones, email, filing, data entry, and other office administration.
