The generalist serves as the warehouse’s primary HR contact and helps ensure employment-law compliance while supporting the frontline workforce. The role also strengthens HR processes and infrastructure for the U.S. organization in partnership with the HR Lead and leadership team.

What you'll do

• Serve as the onsite HR contact for the warehouse workforce
• ensure compliance with federal, New Jersey, and local employment requirements
• coordinate social audits
• review worker classification
• support benefits, leave, recruitment, and onboarding
• maintain policies and employee records
• manage employee relations matters
• audit payroll and timesheets
• conduct compliance training.
