Manufacturing Production Operator

Job overview

The Manufacturing Production Operator role is onsite in Franklin, MA; compensation is $17–$21 per hour, with shift differentials stated for second and third shifts. Tegra Medical manufactures medical products and components for medical-device customers. The operator uses production equipment and machine tools to manufacture components, assemble and inspect finished goods, and meet product quality and production requirements.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• manufacture medical products or components using manual and/or laser, CNC, or NC machine tools
• assemble, inspect, and package finished goods

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work flexible shifts and overtime. Second shift has a 15% differential; third shift has a 22.5% differential.
