What you'll do

• Conduct mental health evaluations, crisis interventions, assessments, and follow-up care
• coordinate patient disposition and discharge planning
• complete reports
• collaborate with the Department of Corrections and institutional programs
• lead group treatment as assigned
• participate in rounds, case conferences, and treatment planning
• provide diagnostic evaluations, reintegration plans, and treatment recommendations
• coordinate care and referrals
• maintain client records and confidentiality.
