What you'll do

• Wash and store cooking utensils, china, flatware, and glassware by machine or hand according to food safety requirements
• polish silverware and kitchen items
• remove trash and debris
• clean stainless steel, receiving and trash areas, floors, and dish equipment
• store wares
• assist with food preparation, food storage, and weekly kitchen cleaning
• monitor supplies and transfer equipment between work areas.
