What you'll do

• Develop design concepts, calculations, specifications, and construction drawings
• interface with permitting agencies, rail operators, utility companies, and municipalities
• lead and supervise designers and engineering staff
• coordinate with project personnel and clients and monitor budgets and schedules
• serve as engineer of record for civil/site project scope
• prepare scopes of work and technical reports
• coordinate survey and geotechnical subconsultants
• assist with proposals
• perform other related duties as directed.
