The work helps department teams coordinate timely, accurate healthcare service administration.

What you'll do

• Process prior authorization requests and hospital admission information
• respond to member and provider calls
• research inquiries and coordinate issue resolution
• process faxes, portal requests, claim reviews, and documentation
• prepare correspondence
• maintain confidential electronic records
• support inpatient census information
• and assist with reports, policies, procedures, and projects.
