What you'll do

• Direct and supervise work-shift activities

• perform opening or closing duties as directed
• follow point-of-sale and cash-handling procedures
• resolve guest questions, complaints, and problems with management involvement
• delegate responsibilities and ensure assigned tasks and checklists are completed.
