What you'll do

• Support the General Manager with daily operations
• lead shifts across retail, cash wrap, and café areas
• maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand presentation
• monitor sales and labor
• serve as point of contact during manager absences
• model customer service and resolve escalated concerns
• support scheduling, training, and onboarding
• coach team members
• use POS systems for transactions and reporting
• support inventory, merchandising, and operational processes.
