What you'll do

• Direct and organize daily crew and subcontractor activities
• oversee daily operations, quality control, and safety compliance
• enforce OSHA procedures
• read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors on schedules and productivity
• hold crew members accountable to company standards
• manage jobsite equipment maintenance and repairs
• communicate with employees, vendors, and clients
• train, mentor, and evaluate team members
• submit required daily and weekly paperwork.
