What you'll do

• Manage leads and follow up with prospects through calls, texts, and emails
• conduct sales appointments and tours
• prospect, enroll, and close new memberships
• deliver sales presentations tailored to individual goals
• work toward weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
• build relationships that support referrals and retention
• represent the club in the local community
• help maintain an inviting environment
• uphold brand standards, safety protocols, and operational expectations
• schedule and promote fitness consultations.
