What you'll do

• Oversee clinical operations and staff
• supervise, mentor, recruit, onboard, train, and develop clinical team members
• oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance
• review documentation, assessments, care plans, and records
• monitor outcomes and implement corrective actions
• guide complex cases and medication management
• coordinate staffing, admissions, and patient coverage
• collaborate with healthcare partners and support referral development.
