Mitigation Supervisor – Crew Chief

• Manage jobs according to work orders and SERVPRO processes
• respond to service calls when needed

• monitor job progress, quality, costs, and customer needs
• complete job documentation
• enforce safety procedures
• communicate with customers and internal teams
• maintain vehicles, equipment, and facilities
• perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security checks.
