What you'll do

• Supervise maintenance technicians while performing upkeep, maintenance, and repairs on production equipment and facilities. Maintain preventive maintenance programs and records
• diagnose and repair equipment issues
• assign and guide technician tasks
• manage parts and inventory
• oversee the manure-belt maintenance program
• and help ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The role works in laying-hen houses and requires availability to be reached 24/7 for emergencies.
