Spray Team Leader — Lawn Care

What you'll do

• ensure trucks are mixed correctly and equipment is ready
• conduct inspections and quality checks
• review technician notes and reinforce standard procedures
• track production and callback metrics
• oversee new-hire training and approve technicians to run routes independently
• lead by example in the field when needed.
