What you'll do

• Process purchase-order invoices within vendor terms
• code and process non-PO invoices
• identify and resolve discrepancies
• reconcile vendor statements
• review receipts-not-vouchered reports and request vendor statements as needed
• request invoice copies and credit memos
• process PO-related credit memos
• maintain prepaid vendor logs and reconcile them
• process prepaid invoices
• respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
• back up other processors
• assist with obtaining vendor W-9s for year-end 1099 processing.
