The Phlebotomist / Processor role is onsite across three client locations in Garden Valley, ID, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. Starting pay is $19 per hour, with flexibility based on experience. Interpath Laboratory describes itself as an independent clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory serving communities across several states. The role supports clinic and laboratory workflows by collecting blood and other specimens, preparing samples for testing, verifying and entering patient information, and processing and packaging samples for referral labs. It also includes patient and family service, safety and privacy compliance, and coverage support across clinic locations.

What you'll do

• Provide patient and family customer service, answer phones, and monitor instrumentation alarms
• perform venipuncture and collect other specimens
• prepare samples for testing and screening, with a focus on pediatric patients
• verify specimen information and enter data
• receive, process, and package samples for referral labs
• follow safety, HIPAA, and Medicare requirements and participate in quality assurance
• assist with clinic coverage as needed.

Why this role
