What you'll do

• Coach leaders, managers, HR business partners, and associates on employee relations
• review corrective action and performance management and complete termination documentation
• identify legal and compliance risks
• partner with Labor and Employment Legal and Accommodation teams
• conduct investigations and document findings
• support manager training and performance reviews
• analyze trends and recommend preventive measures.
