The Cook — Recovery Center of Niagara role is onsite in Newfane, NY. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour, with shifts from 5:30 a.m.–2 p.m. or 11 a.m.–7:30 p.m. The cook prepares meals for residents at the Recovery Center of Niagara, supporting people on their recovery journey. This batch-cooking role prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner for approximately 100 residents. It contributes to a consistent dining experience by following recipes and dietary guidelines, maintaining food safety, and keeping the kitchen ready for inspection.

What you'll do

• Prepare batch meals for approximately 100 residents three times daily
• follow recipes, production schedules, and dietary guidelines
• prepare and serve food safely and on time
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen
• assist with inventory, receiving, and stocking
• complete food production and temperature records.
