This role maintains accurate financial records and supports accounting operations across project teams, purchasing, and production. It contributes to reliable billing, cost visibility, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation.

What you'll do

• Record and classify transactions
• maintain the general ledger and supporting records
• reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and balance-sheet accounts
• research discrepancies
• support financial close and management reporting
• process and reconcile vendor invoices and payments
• maintain accounts receivable and billing records
• code transactions to customers and projects
• track deposits and project costs
• coordinate payroll documentation and review expense reports
• assist with inventory reconciliation and fixed-asset schedules
• follow controls and support audits and government-contract documentation.
