Public Information Officer (Production Control Clerk)

What you'll do

• Assist with designing and producing brochures, newsletters, flyers, posters, and forms
• gather publication content and design suggestions from the Public Information Officer and divisions
• draft, edit, and proofread publications and correspondence
• support outreach and promotional efforts in person and virtually
• contribute to and update department social media, intranet, and internet content
• provide administrative support to the Vision Zero Coordinator, PIO Manager, section managers, and Director's Office personnel
• respond to snow and ice control or other emergency call-outs as assigned.
