The Preschool Assistant Teacher role is onsite in Glendale, AZ, with pay of $18 per hour. What you'll do

• Support daily supervision and care of preschool children
• assist with planning and implementing activities and lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum
• engage children in learning and play
• maintain active supervision and staff-to-child ratios
• assist with age-appropriate daily living activities
• prepare and organize classroom materials
• monitor supplies
• communicate with children and families
• assist with attendance, sign-in/out records, assessments, and program documentation
• support family events and school functions
• report concerns
• follow school policies and licensing requirements
• attend required training and meetings.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience working with preschool-aged children, and active progress toward an ECE certification, CDA credential, or related degree. CPR and First Aid certification, a Food Handler’s Card, and Arizona Registry registration are required.
