What you'll do

  • Develop and execute integrated public affairs, advocacy, communications, and external engagement strategy
  • build relationships with media, industry organizations, coalitions, and stakeholders
  • represent the organization publicly
  • translate scientific, legal, regulatory, and policy issues into messages
  • coordinate advocacy communications with internal teams
  • build consensus among member companies
  • lead the Communications Steering Committee
  • manage the team, budget, and departmental performance
  • advise the CEO and Board
  • anticipate and coordinate responses to policy and reputational issues.
