Production Scheduling Assistant

The Production Scheduling Assistant role is onsite in Albuquerque, NM. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in a manufacturing environment, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The assistant helps create and maintain feasible production plans by coordinating schedules, monitoring progress, and updating systems. The work supports efficient production flow and communication among procurement, manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily production schedules based on forecasts, inventory, and lead times
• coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams
• monitor progress and identify delays or bottlenecks
• update ERP systems and production boards
• participate in process improvement
• generate work orders and shift-specific documents
• attend and drive planning and scheduling meetings.
