The role supports reliable home service by coordinating with customer service and dispatch and continuing to build technical skills through training.

What you'll do

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance and service calls on systems less than 10 years old
• evaluate system performance and indoor air quality
• present options and obtain homeowner approval before work
• explain maintenance plans and financing
• coordinate with customer service and dispatch
• maintain a clean, stocked truck
• attend morning meetings and ongoing training.
