What you'll do

• Wash, chop, measure, and portion ingredients
• follow cooking assignments from the Banquet Cook Supervisor and Banquet Chef
• set up and maintain prep and service stations
• plate food and assist with buffet setup under supervision
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
• label, store, and rotate food
• break down and clean stations and equipment after events
• attend required training and meetings.
