• respond to new online service requests by phone, text, chat, or email without cold calling
• schedule free foundation-repair inspection appointments in Salesforce
• follow up with interested leads
• and answer customer questions. The stated schedule is Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• and some Saturdays, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
