What you'll do

• Sell parts to customers over the counter, by phone, online, and through the service department
• answer calls and provide price and availability information
• select and pull parts
• process requisitions, invoices, payments, returns, and special orders
• assist dealership sales and service staff
• maintain counter areas and special-order files
• keep current on products and attend available training.
