What you'll do

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments using records and clinical interviews
• confer with clinical staff to coordinate treatment and follow-through
• develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans
• make rounds in segregation or other confined housing areas to assess adjustment and treatment needs
• provide counseling and confrontation-avoidance interventions for inmates in crisis
• consult with relevant staff about behavioral escalation and changes in mental health.
