What you'll do

• Build relationships with users at the customer site and identify use-case gaps
• create initial dashboards and help users formulate operational and analytical questions
• stay current on platform updates
• staff the help desk and troubleshoot issues
• coordinate technical problems with Palantir engineering
• provide feedback on product performance, user issues, and feature needs
• communicate system or operational issues to the Palantir team and customer leadership
• support users in fusing intelligence sources. Travel up to 25% domestically or internationally as required.
