Lead Production Associate

The Lead Production Associate role is onsite in Monticello, IA; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Guide production activities including machinery operation, production lines, material processing, packaging, and inventory organization
• maintain safety and quality standards
• oversee quality control and address issues with purchased materials, work in progress, and finished goods
• communicate team objectives
• partner with the supervisor on assigned tasks
• track performance and report metrics
• coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment is operational.
