What you'll do
- Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties.
- Marshal aircraft in and out of gates.
- Load, unload, and sort baggage and freight.
- Operate ramp equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors.
- Perform de-icing and wing walker duties.
- Enforce safety policies.
