Armed Security Officer

Job overview

The Armed Security Officer role is onsite in Virginia Beach, VA, and pays $20 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, for 32 hours per week. Maximal Security Services seeks an officer to protect an assigned property and maintain a safe, secure environment. The officer provides a visible security presence, conducts patrols, controls access, and responds to incidents and emergencies. Accurate reporting and professional interactions with employees, visitors, vendors, and the public support site safety and client policies.

What you'll do

• Maintain a visible security presence
• conduct interior and exterior patrols
• monitor entrances, exits, and access points
• verify identification and control visitor access
• respond to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and suspicious activity
• complete daily activity and incident reports
• enforce client policies and post orders
• contact emergency services and management when needed
• provide customer service.
