What you'll do

• Welcome and assist guests
• provide beverages and hospitality amenities
• monitor relaxation areas
• clean and maintain relaxation rooms, lounges, locker rooms, showers, hallways, and common areas
• replenish towels, robes, sandals, refreshments, and amenities
• sanitize spa amenities
• assist with opening, closing, and facility maintenance
• wash, dry, fold, organize, and replenish linens
• prepare treatment rooms and assist with turnovers
• monitor supplies and communicate replenishment needs
• coordinate with spa colleagues and leadership.
