Nurse Supervisor

What you'll do

• Help direct implementation of resident care plans and safety measures
• coordinate and supervise services on assigned units
• round on nursing units
• support staff with assessments, care planning, task priorities, and education
• monitor incident reporting and documentation
• facilitate communication among nurses, providers, responsible parties, and managers
• support adequate staffing
• supervise equipment use
• provide direct resident care as needed
• prepare or administer performance reviews in consultation with unit managers.
