The Director of Corporate Engagement role is hybrid in Chicago, IL, with a salary of $115,000–$125,000 per year. The position is in the External Affairs department and reports to the Senior Vice President of Philanthropy. Envision Unlimited’s mission and strategic growth guide the corporate partnerships developed in this role. The position exists to build corporate relationships and generate philanthropic and strategic investment through contributions, sponsorships, employee giving, volunteer engagement, and other partnerships. It manages a prospect pipeline, develops customized proposals, and coordinates with internal teams to grow and steward corporate relationships.

What you'll do

• Develop annual and multi-year corporate engagement strategy
• build and manage a corporate prospect pipeline
• cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate partners
• develop proposals and negotiate commitments
• coordinate sponsorships, volunteer and employee engagement, and corporate foundation opportunities
• maintain Salesforce records, forecasts, and reporting
• collaborate across departments and with executive and Board members.
