The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Lake Worth, FL; compensation is not specified. Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing provides long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services to residents. The Dietary Aide helps meet residents’ dietary requirements and supports the Dietary Manager with the operation of Dietary Services. The role contributes to quality food service and nutritional care through meal preparation and service, food safety, kitchen upkeep, and assistance with nutrition education.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food, meals, snacks, and beverages according to procedures
• serve meals while following food safety and hygiene practices
• deliver food to residents
• take inventory of kitchen supplies and food items
• set up and take down dining areas
• assist with kitchen maintenance and cleaning
• assist with nutrition education programs
• and review department policies and procedures.

Why this role

A high school diploma is required. Previous Dietary Aide experience is preferred. Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening is required; reliable transportation is also required.
