What you'll do

• Oversee site safety and training programs
• train, coach, and evaluate new hires and conduct annual recurrent training
• maintain training records and materials
• audit safety and environmental practices
• communicate issues to the General Manager
• support incident reviews and corrective recommendations
• distribute protective equipment
• assist with OSHA 300 logs
• and initiate emergency response procedures as required. May perform Line Service Technician or Customer Service Representative duties when needed.
